She started her teaching career in 1993 until 2005 and decided to join Mrs. Elizabeth Foster to build Edu-Build Institute. She served on many boards and gained valuable experiences.
Her motto is “Let them be them and you be you”. Always stay true to yourself and don’t let people change your good character.
Joined Forces, Gaining Momentum and Strength
A few nautical miles from her port of departure Mrs Elizabeth Foster was joined by Mrs. Florizel Adolph, her daughter, the pilot. Captain Foster fondly called Mrs. Adolph her confidant, her friend, her companion, her right hand and off-course her loving child.
The two joined forces, gaining momentum and strength in sharing a common goal to empower as many “people” as possible, with the aim of destroying the vicious cycle of poverty. As the Edu-Build ship sailed along it attracted persons that shared the same vision and mission as the Edu-Build Development steering team, thus growing in leaps and bounds, despite the many obstacles and challenges it faced.
The ship took a lot of beating from the rough seas. It proved to be steadfast and strong. In 2019, it was up-graded to Edu-Build Institute. All crew members including Mrs. Foster and Mrs. Adolph hailed this ACHIEVEMENT as a milestone in the history of Edu-Build “Development”.
The Bachelor of Education Degree (Bed).
As Edu-Build Institute was about to move into calmer seas our phenomenal captain and founder of Edu-Build Institute was called for duty at another realm, leaving the ship in the capable and able hands of Mrs. Florizel Adolph. Edu-Build Institute boasts a crew of sixty five principals and campuses, spread over the four corners of South Africa as well as a host of students employed abroad. With its sails hoisted up in the air, Edu-Build Institute is adding yet another badge to it…. The Bachelor of Education Degree (Bed).
