Dr Florizel Adolph is the Founder and President of Edu-Build Institute, an education visionary whose leadership has reshaped how professional training and teacher development are delivered in South Africa.

With more than two decades of experience in teaching, management, and curriculum innovation, she established Edu-Build to provide accessible, accredited, and transformative learning pathways for educators and youth across the nation. Her leadership philosophy combines academic excellence, values-based education, and community impact.
Under her guidance, Edu-Build Institute has grown into a multi-campus organisation recognised by the Department of Basic Education, Department of Social Development, ETDP SETA, QCTO, and the International Education Accreditation Council (IEAC). Dr Adolph’s passion for quality assurance and learner empowerment continues to drive Edu-Build’s commitment to building confident, employable graduates who uplift their communities.

Dr Florizel Adolph is a strong advocate for educational reform, with a particular focus on Early Childhood Development, Inclusive Education, Technical and Vocational Education (TVET), and Entrepreneurship and Skills Development. She challenges the dominance of purely academic education by promoting practical, hands-on learning and restoring the dignity of skilled trades as a sustainable solution to South Africa’s unemployment crisis.
